Happened to you? First for me.

Went to review session for test Wednseday.
came equipped with study guide T.A. made (with access to test.)
went down the questions one by one and he/she told us only what "we needed to know"
that cut down my personal studying session by about... 99%

a couple thoughts.
one: this should be AWESOME
two: if he/she were my T.A .I would smack her.
three: now the dumb people are going to get as high a score as me. lame.

Am I am weird because I somehow feel cheated?

I took a test that had a review session like that today and everyone around me was still cheating.

Kind of defeats the purpose of testing (you know, what you learned). I do remember that the private pilots written tests were provided. But, they were long and it was like just studying everything anyway. You will have to get your satisfaction from having learned what you did. And, learning is like building blocks - you will learn more and better having the knowledge you now have.

As long as you actually learn the stuff that is all that matters. Sometimes (I am very guilty of this)we want to prove our intelligence or be rewarded for our hard work with a better grade than those slackers. Really though gaining the knowledge and applying it to your life through work or relationships or whatever is what is important. I know exactly how you fell though.
