Persnickity Drivers

There is one UTA bus driver who demands that we do not show him our bus pass until we get off the bus. This morning I saw it was him, smiled to myself and just walked past without showing my pass.

Turns out it wasn't him, and he seemed quite perturbed that I hadn't paid my fare.
"Oh! I thought you were the one who liked it shown at the end," said I.
a gruffly said "No" was his reply.

I looked around and was sure everyone on the bus hated me. not merely for that reason. but there is always something to hate.

This evening on the bus ride home after waiting in the dark cold I got aboard the bus and showed him my pass. Now of course it was the insistent driver of the end show. shot down again.

I propose that they all go to a class and the tell them they must all accept passes before or after with no variation. This will prevent humiliation to unsuspecting people such as myself.

These situations are designed to teach you to expect anything and let nothing get to you.
